If you have already installed and configured EC2Launch on an instance, make a backup of the EC2Launch configuration file. The installation process does not preserve changes in this file. By default, the file is located in the C:\ProgramData\Amazon\EC2-Windows\Launch\Config directory.

This is a new user experience in Azure Migrate appliance which is available only if you have set up an appliance using the latest OVA/Installer script downloaded from the portal. The appliances which have already been registered will continue seeing the older version of the user experience and will continue to work without any issues.

For Android phones, you will needto download and install a zip file opener, such as the Files app from Google Play Store, to extract files from a ZIP file. The application comespre-installed on many Android phones. To check if you already have the app, tapthe Apps button, which looks like a square of four or nine dots on your homescreen.

Much like with Mac computers, iPhones and other Apple devices havea default feature that allows you to see your ZIP files. However, to actuallyextract workable files from a ZIP file on your mobile device, you need toinstall an archiving application such as iZip from the App Store. Much like the Files app for Android, iZip isa free application so no need to worry about fees or subscription costs.

In recent releases of IE, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, and latest Citrix Workspace App clients many of the issues mentioned below have been resolved.By default, the OS (Windows, Mac, Linux) should automatically set how to open ".ica" files when trying to launch any resource via Citrix Workspace or Citrix Storefront via the Web Store if the Citrix Workspace App is installed properly. Confirm Citrix Workspace App is installed or use Citrix Workspace App for HTML5 ("Web Browser" option) instead. If you continue to encounter this behavior please review the steps outlined below.

When clicking on an application or desktop to launch via Citrix Workspace or Citrix Storefront on an Internet Browser (not within Citrix Workspace App) and an ".ica" file shows in the download bar on the bottom left please follow these steps to automatically open said file: ICA file is downloaded during the process. After the ICA file is downloaded, enable the browser to open similar files automatically.Note: Instructions below are similar for other OS's when using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge Browsers.

Remove or disable any third party browser based Adware software that could be interfering with the successful launch of the ICA file. Restart the browser after removing these software and try again.

When you download any plugin, you will receive it in a ZIP File. (in some cases, your webs browser may unzip the file automatically. If this happens, you will need to zip it back up in order to upload your site)

In order to make things even safer, we suggest making a backup of your current site database. It will automatically be saved at your hosting account (WordPress uploads directory), however, after the backup is created you also have an additional option to download it to your computer. Having the backup on hand will help in case of urgency since Flothemes support or the hosting support can use it to revert the site back.

With a compressed ZIP file, you can store single or multiple files into one archive, making the overall file size much smaller while retaining the original data and quality. This is especially useful for larger files, as many cloud sharing and email services have a max limit for data and the number of files you may upload.

Since ZIP files are very handy to send through email and social media, the most common way to convert a ZIP file is back to its original format once it has landed on its destination. This is done simply by opening the ZIP, dragging and dropping the contents on your desktop.

Password protecting your ZIP files is essential when sharing sensitive data, and With WinZip, you can password protect and encrypt your ZIP files with certified 128- or 256-bit AES encryption in just three easy steps.

Done! Your ZIP file will now be protected with your chosen password no matter where you send it. If you intend to send the file, keep in mind that the recipient will need to know the password in order to open the file.

A collection of color line (.cln) files is available for download as a single ZIP archive file. If you download this file you will need to extract the images from the archive. Under Windows XP, you can do this simply by double clicking on the file and dragging the images to a new folder. Under earlier versions of Windows, you may need additional software such as WinZip to open ZIP files.

A collection of black and white texture files (distributed as TIFF files) is available for download as a single ZIP archive file. If you download this file you will need to extract the images from the archive. Under Windows XP, you can do this simply by double clicking on the file and dragging the images to a new folder. Under earlier versions of Windows, you may need additional software such as WinZip to open ZIP files.

Zip files are great for storing lots of large files in one place without taking up too much room on your device, and they're an ideal way to transfer large amounts of data from one piece of hardware to another. That is, as long as you can get into the zip file and extract the individual files within.

Good news: if you have an iPad released in the past few years, you can open zip files and extract their files without having to download any new apps. While your iPad can't create a zipped file without third party software, you can always just create the zip on your computer, then send it to the iPad in question.

When [my] download [was] complete [I] f[ou]nd a file called Crossover-(some version #).zip in [my] Downloads folder. I Double-click[ed] the .zip file to extract it. And then this happened. See attached screenshot.

I still can't understand how you managed to get all those zip files on your desktop. I just downloaded the zip file myself and there's a folder in there called CrossOver.app You're supposed to extract that to a folder, then double click that and Mac OS X runs it.

Those are from multiple attempts to unzip/archive/unleash the fury. I have saved the download to my desktop, downloaded it to the downloads folder, used archive to 'open' it which then produces a zip folder on my desktop. All of these efforts and up with a zip file that, when double clicked, produces any number of files with extensions such as .md5, .cpgz, and a couple of blank white JPEGs. No program, no launcher.

Ugh... locate the file you downloaded from the site, right click on it and choose to extract or "expand" it. If it asks for a location choose any folder (but remember which one), then you should find CrossOver in there. I don't think it will be called "CrossOver.app" anymore (just CrossOver I think)... but it should show an icon. You just double-click that then and it will ask you if you wanted moved to the app folder.

To verify: you are sure you are opening with the regular OS X Archive utility now? We have seen problems where other unzip utilities fail to decompress CrossOver correctly (although I have never seen the particular symptom you describe). (Also, I just tried WinZip on my machine here and it worked OK, so I'm not sure what is preventing the .zip file from expanding properly).

After creating the ZIP file, launch a terminal, then run the following command to delete the original files automatically. The zip command below zips the files and folder called test1.txt, test2.txt, and myfolder to the newsfiles.zip ZIP file, then deletes (-m) the original files.

To add a new file to the existing ZIP file (newfiles.zip), run the following command. The command below updates (-u) the existing ZIP file package (newfiles.zip) by recursively (-r) searching through all files in the /mydir directory, then adding them to the ZIP package.

To unzip a ZIP file, launch your terminal and run the following command. Notice the command below will unzip the contents of the (newdir.zip) ZIP file. By default, the contents are extracted to the same directory (/mydir) of the (newdir.zip) ZIP file.

To demonstrate how to script some common use cases with the zip utility, perhaps you have a directory with many different files but only need to compress those that match a specific extension. To do that, you need a script that will repeatedly search for all files with the same extension. When found, adds them to a zip file. 041b061a72
